Milking Barn Tour |
Join us in May to help plant the pumpkins. This
tour starts upstairs in our 100+ year old barn with a short farm
talk. We visit the
old milking parlor, feed the baby calves, go on the hayride,
have a bee talk, and plant pumpkins.
|
 |
Old Fashioned Milking Parlor
Check out the milking barns
and calves. This used to be a century dairy farm and some
of the equipment is still here and operational.

Spring Planting
|
Bring your group
out to the farm in the spring to help plant the pumpkins. This
is a real education for children to see how farmers really work.
|
 |
Real Honey makin' Bee Hives |
We enjoy sharing the
diversity of the farm ecosystem with pre-school & elementary
children in May.

Notes:
School buses coming from
the south sometimes prefer to avoid the sharp curves on Old
Cornelius Pass Rd below the farm. An alternative route is
to take Cornelius Pass Rd to the top of the hill at Skyline
Rd, turning LEFT/WEST at the blinking yellow light. Turn
LEFT/SOUTH at the quick stop sign onto Old Cornelius Pass
Rd and turn right at the driveway 1/4 mile from the last
turn. |
